Before you apply, please confirm you're happy with how we work:

  • The placement fee is paid up front for the season and is non-refundable.
  • We take 20% commission on every sale.
  • Keeping your shelf stocked is your responsibility. We'll flag when a line runs low.
  • A placement includes one in-store day a month, a post a month naming the shop, and the quarterly meet-up.
  • At the end of a placement, unsold stock is collected. Posting it back is a £20 admin fee plus postage.

How and when you get paid

We reconcile sales at the end of each month and pay out in one monthly run, so payouts land 30-60 days after the sale.

Two things sit inside that window. Every sale has to be matched to the right brand across the shop till, the website and your listings before anything is paid out. And it covers the returns period, so you're never paid for a sale that later comes back and then asked to return the money.

Does that timeline work for your cash flow?

We'll only use these details to assess your application and contact you about it.

We use what you send us to review your application and, if you join us, to run your placement. See our privacy notice for what we keep and your rights.
